To ensure that the trip becomes a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone, participants and volunteers are kindly requested to observe the following guidelines:
1. Respect and cooperate with all members of the group.
Comply with the plan and instructions set out by the Program Organizing Committee.
Actively participate in all program activities.
Do not leave the group without prior discussion and approval from the Organizing Committee.
Respect the privacy and personal property of all group members.
Maintain appropriate and respectful behavior. Foster solidarity, friendliness, and mutual support among all participants.
2. Respect for the Local Community
Maintain a friendly, polite, and respectful attitude toward local residents.
Strictly comply with all applicable laws and local regulations.
Do not engage in any activities that may disturb public order, nor possess weapons, dangerous objects, or explosive materials.
Do not use the program as a platform to disseminate any content that violates the law.
3. Respect for Cultural Diversity
Do not mock or make fun of the accents, languages, clothing, customs, or traditions of local communities or fellow participants.
Respect and observe the customs and traditions of the local community, where applicable.
4. Environmental Responsibility
Dispose of waste properly and help maintain cleanliness in shared spaces.
Conserve energy by using water and electricity responsibly and turning off devices when not in use.
5. SETY Camp reserves the right to modify the program schedule based on actual conditions and unforeseen circumstances at the local site. Any changes will be communicated promptly to all participants and volunteers.
6. The SETY Camp Organizing Committee is reserves the right to use all photographs, videos, and materials produced during the program for communication, reporting, and promotional purposes.
7. The SETY Camp Organizing Committee reserves the right to withdraw or deny participation to applicants who do not contribute to the group's collective preparation efforts prior to the trip.
8. Participants who violate the above regulations or fail to fully participate in the activities throughout the six-day summer camp will not be eligible to receive a Certificate of Participation from SETY Camp.
