SETY CAMP 2026 proudly presents the Program Book 2026 – your comprehensive guide to the program, specially designed for young people who are passionate about sustainable development, socio-ecological transformation, and the role of youth in building a better future. 

With the theme “Ideas and Solutions for Socio-Ecological Transformation in Southeast Asia from Youth Perspectives,” the Program Book goes beyond introducing the summer camp itself. It also provides an overview of the key challenges and opportunities facing the region amid ongoing transformation processes, while highlighting the potential contributions of young people in shaping a more sustainable future. 

Explore the SETY CAMP 2026 Journey 

The Program Book 2026 provides readers with a deeper understanding of SETY CAMP’s vision, mission, and core values. It also highlights the competencies participants are expected to develop, the opportunities for learning and collaboration throughout the program, and the pathways for continued engagement within the SETY community after the camp concludes. 

In addition, the Program Book offers a comprehensive overview of the six-day learning journey in Hòa Bình, featuring a combination of academic sessions, field-based experiences, and collaborative teamwork. Participants will engage with topics such as socio-ecological transformation, youth-led initiatives, green innovation, interdisciplinary research, and policy analysis through an integrated learning approach that combines theory, practice, critical reflection, and project development. 

SETY 2026 Knowledge Charging Station 

One of the key sections of the Program Book introduces the context of socio-ecological transformation in Southeast Asia and presents the six main learning themes that form the foundation of the program: 

01 – Green Education and Skills Development for the Future of Work in Southeast Asia

02 – Sustainable Lifestyles and Consumption Practices among Southeast Asian Youth

03 – Green and Smart Urban Development for Adapting to the Twin Transition in Southeast Asian Cities

04 – Circular Economy and Sustainable Development Policies in Southeast Asia

05 – Green Innovation and Youth Entrepreneurship in Southeast Asia

06 – Environmental Communication and Youth Engagement on Digital Platforms

Through these themes, participants will have the opportunity to engage with some of the most pressing issues facing Southeast Asia today, while exploring innovative ideas and practical solutions from youth perspectives. The program encourages participants not only to deepen their understanding of regional challenges, but also to critically reflect on and contribute to shaping more sustainable and inclusive futures. 

The SETYers Community and Featured Activities 

The Program Book also introduces the SETYers Community – a network of young people who share a common interest in sustainable development, innovation, and social responsibility. Here, readers will discover what it means to be a SETYer, the values that unite the community, and the opportunities available to become a volunteer contributor and remain actively engaged in SETY initiatives beyond the summer camp experience. 

In addition, the Program Book provides information on several highlight activities planned for 2026, including the Photo Competition and Exhibition “The Journey of the SETY Network (2022–2026),” the SETY Annual Report 2026, and a Workshop on Youth-Led Ideas and Solutions, where participants will present projects and innovative solutions developed throughout the program. These activities offer opportunities for participants to showcase their achievements, share experiences, and contribute to broader discussions on sustainable development and socio-ecological transformation.
