To ensure that the trip becomes a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone, participants and volunteers are kindly requested to observe the following guidelines:<\/span><\/h5>\n

1. Respect and cooperate with all members of the group.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Comply with the plan and instructions set out by the Program Organizing Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Actively participate in all program activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Do not leave the group without prior discussion and approval from the Organizing Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Respect the privacy and personal property of all group members.<\/span><\/p>\n

Maintain appropriate and respectful behavior. Foster solidarity, friendliness, and mutual support among all participants.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Respect for the Local Community<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Maintain a friendly, polite, and respectful attitude toward local residents.<\/span><\/p>\n

Strictly comply with all applicable laws and local regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Do not engage in any activities that may disturb public order, nor possess weapons, dangerous objects, or explosive materials.<\/span><\/p>\n

Do not use the program as a platform to disseminate any content that violates the law.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Respect for Cultural Diversity<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Do not mock or make fun of the accents, languages, clothing, customs, or traditions of local communities or fellow participants.<\/span><\/p>\n

Respect and observe the customs and traditions of the local community, where applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Environmental Responsibility<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Dispose of waste properly and help maintain cleanliness in shared spaces.<\/span><\/p>\n

Conserve energy by using water and electricity responsibly and turning off devices when not in use.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i><\/b>5. SETY Camp reserves the right to modify the program schedule<\/span> based on actual conditions and unforeseen circumstances at the local site. Any changes will be communicated promptly to all participants and volunteers.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

6. The SETY Camp Organizing Committee <\/strong>\u00a0is <\/span>reserves the right to use all photographs, videos, and materials produced during the program for communication, reporting, and promotional purposes.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

7. The SETY Camp Organizing Committee reserves the right to withdraw or deny participation to applicants who do not contribute to the group's collective preparation efforts prior to the trip.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

8. Participants who violate the above regulations or fail to fully participate in the activities throughout the six-day summer camp will not be eligible to receive a Certificate of Participation from SETY Camp.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
