Con ng\u01b0\u1eddi c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 th\u1ef1c h\u00e0nh s\u1ed1ng xanh trong c\u00e1c ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1ea1i n\u01a1i l\u00e0m vi\u1ec7c v\u00e0 n\u01a1i s\u1ed1ng. Nh\u1eefng l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn h\u00e0ng ng\u00e0y c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 t\u1ea1o ra m\u1ed9t l\u1ed1i s\u1ed1ng b\u1ec1n v\u1eefng. Ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch c\u1ee7a Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 c\u0169ng l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t trong nh\u1eefng y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 t\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng l\u1edbn \u0111\u1ebfn th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y l\u1ed1i s\u1ed1ng xanh (Jijian Zhang v\u00e0 Tianjiao Zheng, 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u1ede Vi\u1ec7t Nam, Chi\u1ebfn l\u01b0\u1ee3c qu\u1ed1c gia v\u1ec1 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng xanh giai \u0111o\u1ea1n 2021 &#8211; 2030, t\u1ea7m nh\u00ecn 2050 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c Th\u1ee7 t\u01b0\u1edbng Ch\u00ednh ph\u1ee7 ph\u00ea duy\u1ec7t t\u1ea1i Quy\u1ebft \u0111\u1ecbnh s\u1ed1 1658\/ Q\u0110-TTg ng\u00e0y 1\/10\/2021 \u0111\u00e3 n\u00eau r\u00f5 m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau xanh h\u00f3a l\u1ed1i s\u1ed1ng v\u00e0 th\u00fac \u0111\u1ea9y ti\u00eau d\u00f9ng b\u1ec1n v\u1eefng. C\u1ee5 th\u1ec3, x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng l\u1ed1i s\u1ed1ng xanh k\u1ebft h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi n\u1ebfp s\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1eb9p truy\u1ec1n th\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ec3 t\u1ea1o n\u00ean \u0111\u1eddi s\u1ed1ng ch\u1ea5t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng cao h\u00f2a h\u1ee3p v\u1edbi thi\u00ean nhi\u00ean. Th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n \u0111\u00f4 th\u1ecb h\u00f3a, x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng n\u00f4ng th\u00f4n m\u1edbi \u0111\u1ea3m b\u1ea3o c\u00e1c m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng xanh, b\u1ec1n v\u1eefng; t\u1ea1o l\u1eadp v\u0103n h\u00f3a ti\u00eau d\u00f9ng b\u1ec1n v\u1eefng trong b\u1ed1i c\u1ea3nh h\u1ed9i nh\u1eadp v\u1edbi th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gi\u1edbi tr\u1ebb ng\u00e0y nay kh\u00f4ng c\u00f2n xem l\u1ed1i s\u1ed1ng xanh ch\u1ec9 l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n hay tr\u00e0o l\u01b0u nh\u1ea5t th\u1eddi, m\u00e0 \u0111\u00e3 coi \u0111\u00f3 l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t ph\u1ea7n thi\u1ebft y\u1ebfu trong cu\u1ed9c s\u1ed1ng h\u00e0ng ng\u00e0y. Hi\u1ec7n nay, gi\u1edbi tr\u1ebb Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111ang ng\u00e0y c\u00e0ng th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n vai tr\u00f2 ti\u00ean phong trong c\u00e1c ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng b\u1ea3o v\u1ec7 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng, kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 qua l\u1eddi n\u00f3i m\u00e0 b\u1eb1ng nh\u1eefng h\u00e0nh \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3 v\u00e0 s\u00e1ng t\u1ea1o. T\u1ea1i H\u00e0 N\u1ed9i, c\u00e2u l\u1ea1c b\u1ed9 \u201cH\u00e0 N\u1ed9i Xanh\u201d v\u1edbi h\u01a1n 500 th\u00e0nh vi\u00ean \u0111\u00e3 th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n h\u01a1n 200 \u0111\u1ee3t ra qu\u00e2n d\u1ecdn d\u1eb9p t\u1ea1i c\u00e1c \u0111i\u1ec3m \u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m nh\u01b0 s\u00f4ng T\u00f4 L\u1ecbch, k\u00eanh La Kh\u00ea, thu gom h\u01a1n 1.500 t\u1ea5n r\u00e1c, bi\u1ebfn l\u1ed1i s\u1ed1ng xanh th\u00e0nh h\u00e0nh \u0111\u1ed9ng thi\u1ebft th\u1ef1c . Nh\u1eefng ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng n\u00e0y cho th\u1ea5y gi\u1edbi tr\u1ebb kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 quan t\u00e2m \u0111\u1ebfn m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng m\u00e0 c\u00f2n ch\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1ea1o ra s\u1ef1 thay \u0111\u1ed5i t\u00edch c\u1ef1c trong c\u1ed9ng \u0111\u1ed3ng<a href=\"#_ftn3\" id=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuy nhi\u00ean, vi\u1ec7c duy tr\u00ec l\u1ed1i s\u1ed1ng xanh kh\u00f4ng ph\u1ea3i l\u00fac n\u00e0o c\u0169ng d\u1ec5 d\u00e0ng \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi gi\u1edbi tr\u1ebb. Nhi\u1ec1u b\u1ea1n tr\u1ebb chia s\u1ebb r\u1eb1ng h\u1ecd g\u1eb7p kh\u00f3 kh\u0103n trong vi\u1ec7c thay \u0111\u1ed5i th\u00f3i quen ti\u00eau d\u00f9ng do thi\u1ebfu th\u00f4ng tin, chi ph\u00ed cao c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c s\u1ea3n ph\u1ea9m th\u00e2n thi\u1ec7n v\u1edbi m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng, v\u00e0 s\u1ef1 b\u1ea5t ti\u1ec7n trong sinh ho\u1ea1t h\u00e0ng ng\u00e0y. Theo b\u00e1o c\u00e1o Ph\u00e2n lo\u1ea1i r\u00e1c th\u1ea3i t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam, do Li\u00ean minh T\u00e1i ch\u1ebf bao b\u00ec Vi\u1ec7t Nam (PRO Vi\u1ec7t Nam) v\u00e0 TGM Research th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n v\u00e0 c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 h\u1ed3i cu\u1ed1i th\u00e1ng 6, 15-24 l\u00e0 nh\u00f3m tu\u1ed5i th\u1ec3 hi\u1ec7n \u00edt s\u1ef1 quan t\u00e2m nh\u1ea5t t\u1edbi c\u00e1c v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 v\u1ec1 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng. Kh\u1ea3o s\u00e1t c\u0169ng cho th\u1ea5y th\u1ef1c t\u1ebf, m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 nh\u1eadn th\u1ee9c v\u1ec1 c\u00e1c v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng \u1edf nh\u00f3m tu\u1ed5i n\u00e0y d\u1eebng l\u1ea1i \u1edf m\u1ee9c \u00fd th\u1ee9c ch\u1ee9 ch\u01b0a c\u00f3 h\u00e0nh \u0111\u1ed9ng c\u1ee5 th\u1ec3. Kh\u00f4ng ch\u1ec9 l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t xu h\u01b0\u1edbng nh\u1ea5t th\u1eddi, l\u1ed1i s\u1ed1ng xanh \u0111\u00e3 tr\u1edf th\u00e0nh m\u1ed9t ph\u1ea7n trong b\u1ea3n s\u1eafc v\u00e0 tr\u00e1ch nhi\u1ec7m x\u00e3 h\u1ed9i c\u1ee7a th\u1ebf h\u1ec7 tr\u1ebb. Young people, with their creativity and ability to connect via digital space, have turned &#8221; <em>green <\/em>&#8221; into a priority in their lifestyle: conscious shopping, healthy eating and spreading environmentally friendly habits to friends and family. At this time, green living is no longer just a message, but has become the &#8220;uniqueness&#8221; of a generation ready to act for a sustainable future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Le Thi Thu Ha (2024) <a href=\"#_ftn6\" id=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a>, green living <em>is <\/em>making sustainable choices in people&#8217;s daily activities. People can practice green living in activities at work and in their living places. Daily choices can create a sustainable lifestyle. Therefore, green living is understood as the realization of green living values through people&#8217;s living activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Green lifestyle is considered a manifestation of healthy living values, health improvement, environmental protection and more broadly has a great role and significance for sustainable development. More and more consumers realize that their consumption behavior has an impact on the environment and tend to choose more environmentally friendly and socially responsible products (Liina H\u00e4yrinen et al., 2016). The impact of changes in lifestyle and consumption patterns has been emphasized as an important research issue related to global environmental change (Solecki et al., 2015; Creutzig et al., 2018; Koide et al., 2021, Yu-Sheng Shen et al., 2022). Government policy is also one of the major factors influencing the promotion of green lifestyle (Jijian Zhang and Tianjiao Zheng, 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Vietnam, the National Strategy on Green Growth for the period 2021 &#8211; 2030, with a vision to 2050, approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1658\/QD-TTg dated October 1, 2021, clearly stated the goal of greening lifestyles and promoting sustainable consumption. Specifically, building a green lifestyle combined with a beautiful traditional lifestyle to create a high-quality life in harmony with nature. Implementing urbanization and building new rural areas ensures green and sustainable growth goals; creating a culture of sustainable consumption in the context of integration with the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Young people today no longer consider green living as just a personal choice or a temporary trend, but have considered it an essential part of daily life. Currently, Vietnamese youth are increasingly showing their pioneering role in environmental protection activities, not only through words but also through concrete and creative actions. Many groups of young people have organized and participated in community projects such as &#8220;Exchanging batteries for trees&#8221; by the group &#8220;Nha Nhieu La&#8221; <a href=\"#_ftn7\" id=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a>, attracting thousands of people to collect old batteries in exchange for trees, contributing to raising awareness of the harmful effects of electronic waste. In Hanoi, the &#8220;Green Hanoi&#8221; club with more than 500 members has carried out more than 200 clean-up campaigns at polluted areas such as To Lich River and La Khe Canal, collecting more than 1,500 tons of garbage, turning green living into practical action. These activities show that young people not only care about the environment but also take the initiative to create positive change in the community <a href=\"#_ftn8\" id=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, maintaining a green lifestyle is not always easy for young people. Many young people share that they have difficulty changing their consumption habits due to lack of information, high costs of environmentally friendly products, and inconveniences in daily life. According to the Waste Classification in Vietnam report, conducted by the Vietnam Packaging Recycling Alliance (PRO Vietnam) and TGM Research and published at the end of June, 15-24 year olds are the age group that shows the least interest in environmental issues. The survey also shows that in reality, the level of awareness of environmental issues in this age group stops at the level of awareness and does not have specific actions. Although expressing support for waste classification at source, only 34% of this age group actually does this at home <a href=\"#_ftn9\" id=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a>. Although there is awareness of the importance of environmental protection, turning awareness into specific actions is still a big challenge for young people. Besides, the price of completely biodegradable biological products is still quite high, 3-5 times higher than normal products, making many consumers not ready to access them <a href=\"#_ftn10\" id=\"_ftnref10\">[10]<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the active participation of young people in environmental protection activities shows that green living is gradually becoming an indispensable part of their daily lives. Not just a passing trend, green living has become a part of the identity and social responsibility of the young generation. They not only change their personal habits but also spread the spirit of green living to the surrounding community, contributing to building a more sustainable future for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As \u201cZero Waste\u201d campaigns, \u201cPlastic Free\u201d challenges, and trash-cleaning and tree-planting activities appear more and more frequently on social media and in real life, young people have shown that they do not just stop at calling for action but also strongly turn words into actions. From carrying cloth bags and personal water bottles to spreading videos about the zero-waste challenge movement, today\u2019s youth are affirming a clear message: Green living is no longer an option. They have put environmental responsibility on par with personal values, turning \u201cgreen\u201d into a symbol of community spirit and modern lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nowadays, green living is no longer a temporary trend or a forced habit, green living has become a guiding principle, deeply rooted in every decision in the daily life of the young generation.
